!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
The New York Times Television Section today published a piece about casting a miniseries that had Donald Trump, Hillary Rodham Clinton, and others in it, and asks who might be cast in those roles.
!!! UNKNOWN HEADER TYPE (MULTI-LINE BREAK?) !!!
My vote: Nicholas Cage

Shia LeBeouf. Not physically, but in terms of general insufferableness.

It can only be Alec Baldwin.

From the Times’s picture, I’d never have thought of him, but I think Russel Crowe might be a good choice.

He looks a little too fit, at least in that pic.
I love the suggestion of Christopher Lloyd for Bernie.

Crowe’s pic makes him a top contender for Steve Bannon.

At this point Alec Baldwin’s nailed down his Trump impression so well that he’s more Trump-like than Trump himself.

True. Good observation.

Yes, but Baldwin’s schtick is a characature.

No he’s too clean to be Steve Bannon.

The point is to cast a good actor, not to pick someone with a personality that almost mirrors Donald’s.

Either Gary Busey
Or Ed Begley Jr

I honestly think Jeff Bridges can do anything. He gets my vote.

Mel Gibson or Jon Voight.
Both support him, so it would be easier for producers to find actors who want to play Trump

I don’t think he would be the most convincing pick, but Ricky Gervais is the first name that comes to mind. He could put on the right ‘FU, me first’ attitude that the current president seems to have.

Ooh, I disagree. Donald Trump is the genuine article.
